Walk Fit Orthotics Review -- Worth the Fuss?
Walk Fit Orthotics Review
Walk fit consoles are a new product that I've gotten quite the review from a number of people online. I am in my 40s now, and after years of working in construction and playing sports, my feet are beginning to show signs of wear and tear. Our feet were to shock absorbers for bodies, and as you can imagine, as we age, the shock troopers to get out and pounding that we do with just about every stripe betake begins to install on the knees and hips. When I read the reviews I decided that would make sense to consider a walk fit insoles a solution to some of the pain a deal with on a day-to-day basis.

Walk fit orthotics are different pencils because they absorbing properties are increased to prevent injuries to the foot, to help with comfort for the foot, and to provide a steady and regular amount of honest-to-goodness relief for our feet. The advantage of orthotics is that they do help to, much the way chiropractor helps, but just and correct the positions of our joints in her lower extremities to properly align our bodies and help with weight bearing. As for scientific evidence of the value of walk fit orthotics over your everyday products that you can pick up at the convenience store, I unfortunately cannot provide much. I do know that the walk fit system is backed by as seen on TV, and after watching the program on the unseen on TV network, I realize that this company is inundated with hundreds and hundreds of inventions week in and week out, and that their selection process and scrutiny of products is pretty severe. As a brand, you know the as seen on TV network to be pretty remarkable in bringing new and useful products to the market, and for that reason I decided to try to walk fit system over some of the other orthotic providers that can be found at convenience stores.

How do I get rid of shin splints when I run on a track?
I get shin splints while running on a hard rubber indoor track. I have new Nike Shox with cushion so im not sure why its happening other than being out of shape.
Should I get custom fitted molded orthotics or are those mainly just for casual walking purposes only?
I have been running for 8 years now and would recommend any type of compression of the calf or calfs that have the shin splints, i.e. taping. So, generally speaking, this is what I would recommend for you:
I would strengthen the core: calves, quads, hams, back and abdominal (the "six pack" muscles along with the obleks), chest and arms. But when strengthening these muscles, I would focus more on the muscle endurance not the muscle bulk. For more advice for this, I would consult with a personal trainer. For the running part, I would stay flexible as it helps/contributes to your balance (so do the muscles in your core) but also helps prevent some injuries like pulled muscles and shin splints. Good Luck!!!
